Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost at no expense to you.

Change of Mind or Ordering Error
If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or simply changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Refund Timeline

After your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets eligibility requirements.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This only applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
